Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. To request a refund and for more information on how to return your item, please email us at nine9designs@outlook.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning your item, so that you are covered with the courier should the parcel get lost on its way back to us.
