Shipping policy
It is our aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. During busy periods this may be a little longer, but we will make you aware if this is the case in the announcements banner at the very top of the page.
UK ORDERS
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders. As standard, UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post (unless upgraded at the checkout). Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class parcels in 2-4 working days from dispatch. However, please be aware this is just an estimate and may be longer during busy periods.
We offer the following postage upgrades on UK orders for an additional fee:
- 1st class - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-2 working days from dispatch
- RM48 - This is a fully tracked service, in which Royal Mail aim to deliver within in 2 working days from dispatch
- RM24 - This is a fully tracked service, in which Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1 working day from dispatch
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At the moment we only post to a limited number of countries.
These are:
- USA
- Canada
- Australia
As standard, your parcel will be posted using Royal Mail International Standard post. Please note this service does not include customer tracking. If you would like to be able to track your parcel, we recommend upgrading your shipping to our Royal Mail tracked service. The cost of delivery will be calculated at the checkout.
Additional charges for customs clearance or import tax must be paid by the recipient.
POSTAL DELAYS
The UK postal system is experiencing long delays due to COVID-19 and an increase in online shopping. Please expect some delays. If your item has not been delivered within the due date plus 10 working days please contact us by emailing nine9designs@outlook.com
